NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Light rail services are suspended at a few Norfolk stations as crews investigate a crash. According to HRT officials, services have halted between EVMC/Fort Norfolk Station and York Street/Freemason Station. A van shuttle is providing service for passengers between the impacted stations.
