Grand jury indicts ICE officer for striking Houston immigrant with vehicle

Representatives from ICE claimed Miguel Parra-Hernandez ran in front of the ICE agent's vehicle and that Harris County prosecutors do not have the jurisdiction to charge the agent. District Attorney Sean Teare said that claim was false.
