Decarlos Brown to face a judge Tuesday for death penalty hearirng

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The man accused of killing a woman on the Blue Line in South End will appear in a Mecklenburg County courtroom on Tuesday.
The hearing will determine in prosecutors will seek the death penalty against Decarlos Brown Jr. Brown is charged with the brutal stabbing of Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska.
